Teacups is a quilt pattern from Jaybird Quilts. It uses a number of 2.5" strips, you could also use a Jelly Roll to get a variety of colours.
It uses the Creative Grids Tumbler Double Strip Ruler SKU #CGRDBSTUMB.
Alternatively, you will need to template plastic to make templates for this pattern.
