Description
Join Katrina Hadjumichael for an applique workshop where you will make her Summertime Applique Cushion. The workshop is held at Fabric Garden in Neutral Bay, Sydney.
All attendees will need to have their own copy of the pattern and template. The pattern can be purchased directly from Katrina here. You will need to bring the pattern with you on the day of the workshop.
About the Workshop:
In this workshop Katrina will teach you how to make this gorgeous Summertime cushion featuring both English paper piecing and hand applique.
Fussy cut your chosen fabrics to unique features in the fabrics such as birds, butterflies and flowers. There is a beautiful EPP octagon lattice surrounding some very pretty hand appliqued daisy flowers in the centre. The piece has been hand quilted using Perle 8 thread.
Katrina will walk you through the entire construction of this piece.
